Stonegate residents tend to stay, and the houses reward it: solid two-stories with good yards, pools and trails already paid for by time. The remodel logic writes itself. A kitchen refresh with new counters, cabinets and lighting resets the whole main floor, and a bath rebuild does the same upstairs.
Downstairs, plenty of Stonegate basements are still original concrete or first-generation finishes ready for a proper redo, with an egress window bringing any new bedroom up to code.
