Anthem's basements. Everyone else's kitchens.
The Anthem side of Broomfield, Anthem Highlands and the Broadlands among them, is newer construction where the unfinished basement is the biggest unclaimed room in the house. Wildgrass and McKay Landing run the same direction. Finishing that space, egress window included when a bedroom's in the plan, is the highest-value move these homes have.
Anthem Ranch is Broomfield's 55+ community, and the work there is more personal: bathrooms rebuilt with walk-in showers, main floors reworked for the long haul, comfort now and independence later. In the established neighborhoods, think Northmoor Estates or Country Estates, it's the classic full-remodel menu: kitchens, baths and floors that have earned an update.
