Walk any street in Vista Ridge, Colliers Hill or Flatiron Meadows and the story repeats: great house, unfinished basement, standard-issue finishes, a backyard that's still just grass. Builders build to a spec sheet. We build to yours. Finishing the basement is the big one, and if a bedroom is going down there, the egress window is part of the same permitted job.
Westerly, Compass and Erie Highlands are adding rooftops every month, while Old Town Erie holds down the historic end of Briggs Street with houses that ask for a gentler hand. Between decks, upgraded kitchens and finished basements, most of our Erie work is about closing the gap between what the builder handed over and what the family actually wanted.
