Two Cities In One
North of 104th and south of it are different jobs.
Up north, Reunion, Buffalo Run, Turnberry and Second Creek Farm are full of newer builds where the punch list writes itself: finish the basement, add the egress window so the new room downstairs counts as a bedroom, and swap the builder-grade finishes the production schedule chose for you. Fronterra Village fits the same bill.
South Commerce City is a different animal, and we like it just as much. Established neighborhoods like River Run and the older blocks nearby call for interior remodels: kitchens, baths, flooring and the kind of careful updates that respect a house that's been standing a while.
